Despite facing financial challenges due to his mother's widowhood and the responsibility of caring for four sisters, he persevered. With the support of a generous aunt who sponsored his security guard training, Letsoalo’s journey began. This foundational experience, coupled with his inherent entrepreneurial drive, laid the groundwork for his future success.

Letsoalo 's time in the security industry honed his skills as a supervisor and manager, equipping him with the operational expertise and leadership qualities essential for building a thriving business. A pivotal moment came when he met his mentor, Patrick Radinthe, who provided invaluable guidance and support. Patrick's mentorship extended beyond business advice, including financial assistance during challenging times. This unwavering support played a crucial role in Letsoalo s journey to success.

Building a Business Empire

Letsoalo’s entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with the mentorship and support he received, propelled him to establish Makgobathe Security Services, a company now employing over 250 staff. His journey was not without its challenges, including personal struggles that led him to a spiritual awakening through the ZCC church. This transformative experience provided the strength and resilience needed to overcome adversity and build a successful business empire.

Driven by a desire to give back to his community, Letsoalo expanded his business ventures to include Kgobi Funeral Services, offering compassionate care during difficult times. As the main sponsor of the Limpopo Gospel Experience, Francis is committed to supporting the recovery of the Arts and Culture economies in South Africa. His vision is to host one of the largest gospel concerts, utilizing stadium spaces popularized during the 2010 renovations.
